Employee of the Month: Richelle Smith
/I am honored to announce our Employee of the Month for December 2016:
Richelle Smith
Richelle is a dedicated and professional Certified Nursing Assistant. We were so excited to have Richelle join our team. She has a passionate knowledge in providing excellent care and also has a background in providing activities for residents at a senior living facility. Because of her hard work, dedication and the strong desire to help and educate our elderly community, Home Care Solutions of St. Louis recently promoted Richelle to our Community Outreach Coordinator. Richelle does every task with a smile and goes above and beyond for our team and most importantly our clients.
Richelle started in the care-giving field because of her mom, “my mom has been disabled the majority of my life and I wanted to learn to how take care of her. I discovered it is my passion to take care of others and make a difference in people’s life”.
One of our clients recently shared their experience with Richelle. “Home Care Solutions of St. Louis assigned us to Richelle and what a gift she was to us!! She is pleasant, very willing to pitch in on her own. Good natured about all the tasks we requested and very pleasant to be around. We thank her for the outstanding job she did in making Jim’s recovery go so smooth. And mine stress free! Thanks! Great job well done”!
In Richelle’s free time she loves being with her family and spending time outdoors. “I'm a huge family person”.
